  • Our aftermarket parts provide a practical and cost effective solution for high wear components that are frequently damaged in daily fleet operations. Our aftermarket replacements are priced at approximately half the cost of OEM parts and nearly one quarter of the cost compared to having OEM components supplied and installed through the manufacturer.

    For DSPs operating vehicles in active service, this approach helps reduce maintenance expenses and preserve FIF funds while keeping vehicles road ready. OEM components can be reinstalled later when vehicles are redeployed or retired. By using Navi Innovations for routine replacements, fleets can significantly lower total vehicle lifecycle costs without sacrificing reliability during daily operations.

  • Yes! Completed purchases can be located in your account and final invoices can be saved as a PDF. Submit the Invoice PDF to your FIF Fund and get Reimbursed as normal.

  • Yes, we have received confirmation from multiple DSPs on their Vehicles passing Pave inspections with our aftermarket parts.

  • Refurbishment services require the original damaged taillight to be provided by the customer. At this time, refurbishment services are limited to pickup or drop off of damaged taillights within Will County, Cook County, and DuPage County, Illinois. Unfortunately it is not cost effective to ship large parts back and forth between US States.

  • Our production team is currently working on instructional videos that will be available privately on YouTube with your purchase. Video Production should be complete and Live before the end of Q1 of 2026.

  • Yes. There is a 30 Day Warranty on the Electrical components of all our parts. Due to the nature of how frequently these parts can be damaged by the Driver of the vehicle, we can not offer longer warranties. Please note, Warranty on the electrical components is voided once the part is structurally damaged.

  • No vehicle modification is necessary to install out parts. Our parts are plug and play and install just as easily as OEM parts.
